INSANITY Marathon Training Programs

There are 4 INSANITY marathon training programs offered
  • INSANE Novice
  • INSANE Novice RUN
  • INSANE Intermediate
  • INSANE Advanced
The 'INSANE Novice' program has two running days a week, four INSANITY days and one rest day.  The 'INSANE Novice RUN' program has three running days, three INSANITY days, and one rest day.  The 'INSANE Intermediate' and 'INSANE Advanced' programs both have three running, three INSANITY and one rest day per week.  The major difference between the Intermediate and Advanced programs are the running workouts.  INSANITY is INSANE no matter what program you choose.  

INSANITY 1/2 Marathon Training Programs

There are only 2 INSANITY 1/2 marathon training programs offered
  • INSANE Half 1
  • INSANE Half 2
The two programs are only different when it comes to running.  The running workouts in the 'INSANE Half 2' workout are more intense than 'INSANE Half 1'.  If you are an experienced runner, looking to seriously improve your half marathon time, try the 'INSANE Half 2' schedule.

INSANITY: THE ASYLUM Marathon Training Programs

Currently there is only one INSANITY: The Asylum marathon training program available.
